Goals:
Our goal is to raise enough funding to meet the following needs:

1. Facilitate opportunities to meet

Including but not limited to the following:
• assistance with travel expenses to the national LPA conference
• assistance with airfare to the Painted Turtle Camp
• provide family retreats exclusive to individuals affected by Osteodysplastic Primordial Dwarfism

2. Provide for adaptive and medical needs

Including but not limited to the following:
• offset of family medical and dental expense beyond the coverage of insurance
• adaptive equipment needed for the home, vehicle, or school

3. Research and Physician support

Potentials Foundation will strive to facilitate research by teaming with the following centers of care:
• Nemours Clinic at A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children (Wilmington, DE)
• Skeletal Dysplasia unit of Cedars-Sinai Hospital (Los Angeles, CA)
